The instructions got takin down so here they are:

Step 1: Download iPodWizard v1.3

Step 2: Click below to download your firmware version

Step 3: Rename the ipsw file you downloaded above to zip

Note: You might have to show file ext. if you dont see the ipsw extension

Step 4: Extract the zip file and throw out the manifest file

Step 5: You should now have a Firmware file

Step 6: Put Your iPod in Disk Mode

Step 6: Plug in your iPod and close itunes if it opens

Step 7: Open iPodWizard and click Firmware File under the drop down box next to edit mode

Step 8: Navigate to the Firmware file you extracted and click open

Step 9: Now Click "Write to iPod"

Step 10: Unplug your iPod and let your iPod reset

Step 11: Thats it your done now have fun!!
